Raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Brian Wickers works as an English teacher at a private school in Toronto, Ontario. He has been shortlisted for poetry at the National Magazine Awards in Canada, and his poems have appeared in many Canadian literary magazines, The Atlantic Monthly, The Paris Review, and Poetry. New work is upcoming in The Yale Review and The Nation. One book of poetry, Stations of the Lost, is available from Mansfield Press.
