D.M. Aderibigbe

D.M. Aderibigbe, a native of Nigeria, is the author of a book of poems, How the End First Showed (University of Wisconsin Press, 2018), which won the Brittingham Prize in Poetry, among other honors. He has received fellowships from the Sewanee Writers’ Conference (Walter E. Dakin Fellowship), the James Merrill House, Art Omi: Writers/Ledig House, Ucross, the Jentel Artist Residency Program, and Boston University, where he earned his MFA in creative writing. His poems appear in the Nation, Callaloo, jubilat, and New American Writing, among other places. He’s an assistant professor in the Center for Writers at the University of Southern Mississippi.
