Jessica Treadway is the author of a collection of stories, Absent Without Leave, and a novel, And Give You Peace. She is an associate professor at Emerson College, where she teaches in the undergraduate and graduate fiction programs. Her stories have appeared in two previous issues of Ploughshares and in The Atlantic Monthly, Glimmer Train, The Hudson Review, and other publications.
