Lance Larsen, poet laureate of Utah, is the author of four poetry collections, most recently Genius Loci (University of Tampa Press, 2013). A collection of prose poems, also with Tampa, will appear in 2017. He has received a number of awards, including a Pushcart Prize and a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. A professor at Brigham Young University, he will direct a theater study abroad program in London in the spring.
