Ludmila Khersonsky

Ludmila Khersonsky is an award-winning poet and the author of three collections of poetry. Her work has been honored with the Voloshin Prize and translated into several languages, including German and Lithuanian. As a professional English-Russian translator, she has translated the poetry of many authors, including the Nobel Laureate Seamus Heaney. In the US, her poems have appeared in Poetry International, Tikkun, Tupelo Quarterly, and other journals. Born in Tiraspol, Moldova in 1964, she now lives in Odessa, Ukraine.
