Marcus Wicker is the author of Silencer (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2017) and Maybe the Saddest Thing (Harper Perennial, 2012). He has received fellowships from the Poetry Foundation, the Fine Arts Work Center, and Cave Canem. Marcus teaches in the MFA program at the University of Memphis, and he is the poetry editor of Southern Indiana Review.
