Sean O’Brien is Professor of Creative Writing at Newcastle University in the UK and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. Among his recent publications are Collected Poems (2012) and The Beautiful Librarians, his eighth collection, a Poetry Book Society Choice and shortlisted for the 2015 T. S. Eliot Prize.
