Miles Harvey’s books include The King of Confidence (Little, Brown & Co., 2020), selected as a New York Times Book Review Editors’ Choice pick and long-listed for the Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Nonfiction. His fiction has appeared in publications such as the Sun, AGNI, the Michigan Quarterly Review, Nimrod, Fiction Magazine, and Ploughshares, where “The Drought” (Fall 2004), received an honorable mention in The Best American Short Stories. He teaches creative writing at DePaul University.
