Barrie Jean Borich

Barrie Jean Borich is the author of the lyric memoir Apocalypse, Darling (Ohio University Press/Mad Creek Books, 2018), which was shortlisted for a Lambda Literary Award. Her hybrid memoir-in-essays, Body Geographic (University of Nebraska Press, 2013), won a Lambda Literary Award, and her memoir My Lesbian Husband (Graywolf, 2000) won the Stonewall Book Award. Borich is a professor at DePaul University in Chicago, IL, where she edits Slag Glass City, a journal of the urban essay arts.
