Cynthia Gralla

Cynthia Gralla’s books are The Floating World (Ballantine, 2004) and The Demimonde in Japanese Literature (Cambria Press, 2010). She has written fiction and nonfiction for Michigan Quarterly Review, the Mississippi Review, Salon, Electric Literature, and other publications. Prairie Fire recently chose her as one of their 50 Canadian Women Writers Over 50. She teaches literature and writing at Royal Roads University and the University of Victoria on Vancouver Island. She produces the podcast, A Real Affliction: BPD, Culture, and Stigma.
