Trent Nutting

Trent Nutting is a poet and high school educator living in Marin County, CA, with his wife and four daughters. His poems have appeared in Linebreak, swamp pink (formerly Crazy Horse), Hayden’s Ferry Review, the Cortland Review, and elsewhere. A 2024 Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference participant in poetry, his recent work was nominated for Best of the Net 2025. His manuscript was named a semifinalist for the Crab Orchard Series in Poetry First Book Award. (Updated 1/2026)
