Julieta García González

Julieta García González (Mexico City, 1970) is a writer. She’s the author of two novels, Vapor (Planeta, 2004) and Cuando escuches el trueno (Literatura Random House, 2017), and two short story collections, Las malas costumbres (Fondo de Cultura Económica, 2005) and Pasajeros con destino (Cal y Arena, 2013). Her latest book is Perros y personas. Una historia de amor (Reservoir Books, 2026) which follows how we fell in love with dogs and charts the paths that made them so close to us.
