Jay Neugeboren’s twenty-fifth book, Dickens in Brooklyn: Essays on Family, Writing, and Madness (EastOver Press), will appear in the spring of 2026. He published two books last year (2024): a novel, After Camus (Madville Publishing, 2024), and, with his son Eli as illustrator, a graphic novel, Whatever Happened to Frankie King (Graphic Mundi, 2024).
