Rochelle Ratner
Rochelle Ratner’s a novelist, poet, and critic. Her books include two novels and thirteen poetry books. She lives in New York City, where she is Executive Editor of American Book Review and reviews regularly for Library Journal. From 1995-2001 she was on the Board of the National Book Critics Circle, and edited their newsletter from 1999-2001. An anthology she edited, Bearing Life: Women’s Writings on Childlessness, was published in January 2000 by The Feminist Press. In addition, she specializes in teaching creative writing classes to adults in special needs situations, such as workshops she’s been teaching over the past year for the NY Chapter of the MS Society.
