Stephen King
Stephen King received a 2014 National Medal of the Arts and a 2016 Library of Congress Award for a Lifetime of Work Promoting Literacy. His short stories appear in nine collections and have been widely anthologized. His most recent novel, End of Watch (Scribner, 2016), is the third in the Bill Hodges Trilogy that began with Mr. Mercedes (Pocket Books, 2015), which has been adapted for a television series to be released in August 2017. Sleeping Beauties (Scribner), a novel written with Mr. King’s son Owen, appears in September 2017.
