Colby Cotton

Colby Cotton is a former Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University. He is a graduate of the MFA writing program at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and recipient of a Tennessee Williams Scholarship from the Sewanee Writers’ Conference. His work appears or is forthcoming in the Iowa Review,Gulf Coast,Prairie Schooner,Copper Nickel,Verse Daily,andBest New Poets, among others. His manuscript has been a finalist for the National Poetry Series, the Alice James Award, and the Levis Prize. He was raised in upstate New York, and lives in Los Angeles, CA. (Updated 01/2023-24)
