Courtney Sender
Courtney Sender’s debut book, In Other Lifetimes All I’ve Lost Comes Back to Me (WVU Press, March 2023), is a braided collection about love, longing, sex, and the Holocaust. Her essays have appeared in the New York Times’s Modern Love and the Atlantic, and her stories have appeared in the Kenyon Review, AGNI, American Short Fiction, and others. A Yaddo & MacDowell fellow, Courtney holds an MFA from Johns Hopkins and an MTS from Harvard Divinity School, and is available for book club visits and workshops in the Boston/NYC area.
