George Uba

George Uba is a writer, critic, and professor. Currently, he serves as chair of the English Department at California State University, Northridge. His recent volume of poetry, Disorient Ballroom (Turning Point Books, 2004), explores Asian American history and myth, a variety of personal experiences, and the phenomenon of international ballroom dancing.
