Josephine Redlin
Born and raised on a small farm in southeastern South Dakota, Josephine Redlin migrated to California in 1961 with her husband. She lived in L.A. for seventeen years and then moved to Fresno where she was inspired by a very active community of poets to write poetry and to get an M.A. in English-Creative Writing at Fresno State. Her work has appeared in The Antioch Review, Christian Science Monitor, The Journal, New England Review, Ploughshares, North Dakota Quarterly, Prairie Schooner, and The Sun. She is the mother of two grown daughters and loves reading and spending time with her three grandchildren.
