Kailah Figueroa

Kailah Figueroa is a rhetorical engineer, memory archivist, and part-time prose stylist. Her poetry appears in Black Warrior Review, Cincinnati Review, Lampblack, Ploughshares, Poetry Northwest, wildness, the McNeese Review, and others. She holds an MFA in Poetry from Rutgers University-Newark and has received support and fellowships from the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, the Cave Canem Foundation, Fine Arts Work Center, the Fulbright Program, and Vermont Studio Center.
