L. A. Johnson

L. A. Johnson is the author of the chapbook Little Climates (Bull City Press, 2017). She holds a PhD from the University of Southern California, where she is currently a Mellon Humanities and University of the Future postdoctoral fellow. She is the winner of the Mississippi Review Prize in poetry, the Robert Watson Literary Prize in poetry from the Greensboro Review, and the Rumi Poetry Prize from Arts & Letters, and her poems appear or are forthcoming in the Atlantic, Poetry Magazine, ZYZZYVA, and elsewhere.
