Lorrie Moore

Lorrie Moore is the author of two novels and three short story collections and in 2002 she published a children’s book titled The Forgotten Helper. Her work has appeared in numerous magazines, journals, and anthologies, including The New Yorker, The Best American Short Stories, The Best American Short Stories of the Century, and Prize Stories: The O. Henry Awards. Moore is a professor of English at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
