Max Steiner

Max Steiner lives and writes in Berlin, Germany. He received a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2020 and has since found his way into writing fiction through workshops put on by The Reader Berlin. He’s got work published in 3:AM Magazine and SAND, among others, and is currently beating his first short story collection into shape. (Updated 1/2026)
