Michael Burkard
Michael Burkard (1947-2024) was a poet and professor at Syracuse University. He is the author of over ten collections of poetry, most recently Lucky Coat Anywhere (Nightboat Books, 2011) and the chapbook Strays (Foundlings Press, 2024). (Updated 1/2026)
