Michael Caleb Tasker
Michael Caleb Tasker, winner of the 2014 Ernest Hemingway flash fiction award, was born in Montreal, Canada, in 1980 and spent his childhood in Montreal, New Orleans, and Buenos Aires. He has been published in numerous literary journals, including The Bellevue Literary Review, Fiction, Shenandoah, and Ellery Queen’s Mystery Magazine. He was recently runner-up in both the John Steinbeck award for short fiction and Faulkner-Wisdom novella contest. He currently lives in Newcastle, Australia.
