Peter Redgrove

Peter Redgrove is regarded as one of the leading British poets. Recent books of poetry include Poems 1954-1987 (Penguin Books) and The First Earthquake (Secker & Warburg). He has also published eight books of prose fiction; a study of science and poetry, The Black Goddess (Paladin Books); and, with his wife Penelope Shuttle, the revolutionary study of the female fertility cycle, The Wise Wound (Bantam Books).
