Philip Gross

Philip Gross, born in Cornwall, UK, is Professor of Creative Writing at the University of South Wales and author of twenty poetry collections. The Water Table (Bloodaxe) won the T. S. Eliot Prize in 2009. Deep Field (2011) and Later (2013), both from Bloodaxe, deal with his father’s final years and loss of language. Love Songs of Carbon is due from Bloodaxe later this year.
