Praveen Krishna
Praveen Krishna is a federal prosecutor in Birmingham, Ala., focusing on criminal appeals and civil rights matters. He received the Justice Department’s John R. Dunne Award for helping protect public school access for undocumented children. He was a 2018–19 Fine Arts Work Center Fiction Fellow and his short stories have appeared in Asymptote, Prairie Schooner, VQR, and the “distinguished stories” section of The Best American Short Stories 2016. He graduated from Harvard College and Yale Law School.
