Susan Donnelly

Susan Donnelly is the author of Capture the Flag (2009), Transit, and Morse Prize winner Eve Names the Animals. She is also the author of three chapbooks. She is widely published in the United States, with recent work in Prairie Schooner, The Sun, Poetry, The New York Times, The Bellevue Literary Review, and The New Yorker. Her poetry has also appeared in Ireland (Poetry Ireland Revie, 2009) and in England and France. In January 2010 Donnelly made a second feature appearance on Poetry Daily‘s website; her poems are archived on several other websites. Her poems have also been featured twice on Garrison Keillor’s Poets Almanac. The founder of the 29-year-old writers group, Every Other Thursday, Donnelly is a frequent reader of her work in the Boston area. She lives, writes and teaches poetry in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
