Theodore Deppe
Theodore Deppe’s books include Children of the Air (Alice James, 1990), The Wanderer King (Alice James, 1996), and Cape Clear: New and Selected Poems (Salmon Books, Ireland, 2002). He has received two fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and a Pushcart Prize. He was writer in residence at the James Merrill House in Stonington, CT. from 1998 to 1999 and writer in residence at The Poets’ House in Ireland from 2001 to 2003. He is the current writer in resident at Phillips Academy in Andover, MA, and he teaches in the Stonecoast MFA program.
