Tom Whalen

Director of the Writing Program at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, Tom Whalen founded and edited The Lowlands Review. He has published poems, stories, and translations in Chelsea, Chicago Review, North American Review, Paris Review, and elsewhere.
