Zeina Hashem Beck

Zeina Hashem Beck is a Lebanese poet. Her most recent collection, Louder than Hearts (Bauhan Publishing 2017), won the 2016 May Sarton New Hampshire Poetry Prize. Her work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, won Best of the Net, and appeared in Poetry, World Literature Today, and the Academy of American Poets, among other places. Her poem “Maqam” won Poetry magazine’s 2017 Frederick Bock Prize. She lives in Dubai, where she founded the poetry collective PUNCH Poetry Dxb.
